Philosophy

We believe that the experiences in our learning center are a supplement to and not a substitute for the home. Our program serves as a transition from the home to the more formal school situation.

We believe in the Child Development point of view, in which each child moves continuously through certain developmental tasks dictated by the needs of his or her own personality and particular stage of growth.

We believe that education for young children is, first of all, a matter of relationships, and that teachers must help each child to relate to adults as well as to each other in socially acceptable ways.

We believe the children learn best when the classroom environment offers choices for investigation, freedom to try out ideas and make mistakes, and to assume responsibility for the results.

We believe that children feel secure and loved when the discipline is fair and consistent.

Our Goals

Our primary objective is to foster an environment where every child participates fully according to their unique developmental stage. We strive to create a platform for "adventures in learning," where children can flourish and excel in all aspects of growth and development.

We emphasize the importance of individual guidance, supporting each child's exploration of self-identity. Furthermore, we aim to cultivate a sense of self-appreciation in every child, helping them to recognize and value their individual capabilities and worth.

Our community

Our families come from nearby neighborhoods, creating a close-knit environment and strong parent partnerships. Whether we’re close to home or near the office, our center is ideal for busy working families and easy to get to – for pick-up and drop-off or to stop in for a visit.

We use fun, research-based, multi-sensory strategies to help children develop early learning skills, including Lively Letters, Open Court for phonics and literacy, Handwriting Without Tears, and Everyday Math.
